Executive Summary
Dr. Noor Hafhizah Abd Rahim is currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics, Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), with a strong research foundation in artificial intelligence. She holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Bristol, UK, and her expertise spans across machine learning, natural language processing, and the semantic web. Since joining UMT in 2015, she has led multiple national research grants under the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), including FRGS and FRGS-RACER, and has actively collaborated with research teams from other institutions. Her scholarly output includes numerous indexed journal articles, research books, and international conference papers, reflecting both the depth and impact of her work.
